Tatiana Sarmiento is a junior double majoring in Public Policy and Criminal Justice, with a minor in Music. Outside of the Eagleton Political Journal, Tatiana is on the executive board for the Latinx Pre Law Society and Colombian American Student Association. She is also involved in the Honors College as the Latinx Affinity Group Lead. Outside of campus organizations, Tatiana is a member of the Rutgers Marching Band and serves on their leadership team as well. Last summer, Tatiana interned at the Ford Foundation, one of the largest philanthropic organizations in the world. Tatiana is passionate about giving back to the community, hoping to one day be a Constitutional lawyer, fighting for peoples’ rights.
