Victoria is a senior in the Honors College at Rutgers New Brunswick, majoring in political science with a double minor in Spanish and critical intelligence studies. On campus, she leads conferences through the Institute of Domestic and International Affairs that empower young students to learn about current events.
She also interns for the Rutgers Office of Federal Relations where she assists in advocating for issues such as student aid, academic freedom, and much more at the federal government level. Victoria was also a member of the Rutgers Scarlet Service in Washington DC’s inaugural cohort, gaining invaluable experience in the professional world.
In addition to serving as Editorial Director for the Eagleton Political Journal, she has also done extensive work with Eagleton’s Center for Youth Political Participation, working with students both on and off campus to raise awareness about the importance of civic engagement. Victoria hopes to pursue a career in education policy with a focus on civic education research.
